Starting at the top

The canyon floor. Note the White House Ruins at about one o' clock. That is our destination.

Views of the canyon on the way down.

A.C. Henry a Navajo silversmith. I bought the bracelet he is holding. He lives in Canyon de Shelly and sells jewelry there.

Some of the beautiful rock formations in the canyon.

Resting at the canyon floor.

Peter, Danny, David and Elizabeth taking note of the insects.

White House Ruins
The white house is behind the houses on the forefront of the cliff. It was thought to be used for special ceremonies. The white-wash still remains on the clay bricks. The ruins in the valley date from 350 - 1300 A.D.
